My name is Damien Johnson, the founder and creator of the Sweat Fitness Training program. I’ve been a personal trainer and health fitness coach for over 20 years, helping clients in their journey to lose weight, recover from injuries, and enhance their strength, flexibility, and mobility. My primary goal is to provide the best information and guidance to help people achieve their fitness dreams and goals. 

My extensive background includes numerous certifications in fitness and personal training. I hold specializations in biomechanics, kettlebells, golf fitness, core conditioning, and post-rehabilitation, among others. These certifications have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of various fitness domains, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet diverse needs. I’ve also been featured across multiple media platforms, including radio, online fitness articles, podcasts, the Wall Street Journal, and even a news report in China.
